We currently operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If we are unable to sell the room the full charge will be taken from your credit card. 

Your booking includes fresh milk and tea. and coffee-making facilities and a complimentary breakfast snack.

All the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, fridges, hairdryers and ironing boards & irons.

All of our rooms can be converted into twin beds - just let us know when you book

Z Bed for children up to 12 years of age (maximum of 2 per room) @ £25.00 per stay

Our check-in time is from pm, with check out at am.

You will be able to collect your key from the key lock safe at the front door.  Your code is 
The black dongle needs to be swiped over the glass keypad, below on the right, as this will gain entrance to the building.
