Patricks Boathouse does have limitations for those with mobility issues for example 
:-We have a steep drive to the accommodation which can only be accessed on foot.
:- We do not have a lift to our rooms.
:- All rooms are accessed via stairs.
On the plus side
All internal stairs have handrails, stairwells are wide and steps are even.
All the rooms are large and have separate showers and baths. (Shower chairs available on request)
The rooms are large and can be split into twin rooms
We offer a luggage carry service on request.
Pets are welcome.
Low-level extra beds available on request
